*- فایل word سربرگ طرح سوال در پنل کاربری اساتید بارگذاری شده
لطفاً از سربرگ­های متفرقه دیگر استفاده ننمایید.
*-سوالات امتحانی حتماً می­بایست در فرمت ویژه با تکمیل کلیه موارد خواسته شده در بالای سربرگ و همچنین درج بارم هر سوال تایپ و دو هفته قبل از امتحان تحویل اداره امتحانات واحد گردد. حداکثر ۹ خرداد ماه
* -حضور مدرس در جلسه امتحان الزامی است.

*- تعداد برگه های سؤال حتی الامکان از 2 صفحه بیشتر نباشد.
* -مدت زمان پاسخگویی به سوالات حداکثر ۱۲۰ دقیقه در نظرگرفته شود
