مدارک لازم جهت ثبت نام آزمون سراسری (کارشناسی پیوسته )

ضمن عرض تبریک و آرزوی موفقیت به کلیه پذیرفته شدگان آزمون سراسری(کارشناسی پیوسته) بدینوسیله به اطلاع میرساند ثبت نام از روز سه شنبه مورخ ۲۲ مهرماه لغایت پنجشنبه ۲۴مهر می‌باشد.
لذا مقتضی است با در دست داشتن مدارک ذیل در تاریخ‌های فوق جهت ثبت نام مراجعه فرمایید.

مدارک لازم جهت ثبت نام آزمون سراسری (کارشناسی پیوسته )
1.مدرک موقت یا اصل مدرک دوره متوسطه دوم ( دیپلم )  به همراه ۳سری کپی
2.مدرک موقت یا اصل مدرک پیش دانشگاهی (مختص نظام آموزشی سالی واحدی یا ترمی واحدی )به همراه ۳سری کپی
3.اصل شناسنامه و کارت ملی .کارت پایان خدمت به همراه 3سری کپی تمام صفحات
4.شش قطعه عکس 4×3 پشت نویسی شده
5.رسید پستی تاییدیه تحصیلی از دفاتر خدمات پستی
